Trump: A LAWLESS President

CIA Director Mike Pompeo in a speech called WikiLeaks a “hostile intelligence service” aided by Russia and accused WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange of making “common cause with dictators and it overwhelmingly focuses on the United States, while seeking support from anti-democratic countries and organizations”.

Director Pompeo stated; “WikiLeaks walks like a hostile intelligence service and talks like a hostile intelligence service”AND “It’s time to call out WikiLeaks for what it really is: A non-state hostile intelligence service often abetted by state actors like Russia”.

By contrast, Trump stated “I love WikiLeaks” because WikiLeaks Julian Assange helped him to become president.

Trump further proved to be lawless by requesting & encouraging a foreign government (Russia) to engage in Espionage when he stated;

“Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find 30K emails that are missing”.

Trump has proven that he condones lawless, treasonous actions and conduct as long as he’s being helped by those actions & conduct.

Joe Arpaio is a convicted criminal, yet President Trump pardoned Arpaio, saying: “He’s a great American patriot and I hate to see what has happened to him.”

A few weeks ago, he was found guilty by a federal court for repeatedly violating a court order to stop illegally detaining Latinos.

Sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona, Arpaio and his deputies systematically terrorized communities of color with unlawful detentions. Federal prosecutors secured a criminal contempt conviction against Arpaio after it was proven his office profiled and illegally detained Latinos, violating their constitutional rights.

Trump has already engaged in obstruction of justice by firing FBI Director James Comey to stop the Russia Investigations.

Trump’s pardoning Arpaio’s flagrant violation of federal court orders, his racism and bigotry proves he has no regard for US laws or the judicial process.

Video Title: Donald Trump Attacked Mitch McConnell On Russia Investigation

Rachel Maddow discusses a new report indicating that Trump may have engaged in more Obstruction of Justice violations by berating Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell for not protecting him from Russia investigations.

Here’s the definition of Obstruction of Justice;

“Whoever knowingly alters, destroys, mutilates, conceals, covers up, falsified, or makes a false entry in any record, document, or tangible object with the intent to impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation or proper administration of any matter within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the United States or any case filed under Title 11, or in relation to or contemplation of any such matter or case, shall be fined under this title, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both”.

Demanding that McConnel take action to “impede, obstruct, or influence the investigation” would clearly fit the Obstruction of Justice definition.

Donald Trump Dossier Testimony From Senate Judiciary Could Be Published

Rachel Maddow describes some of the history of the collection of intelligence known as the “Trump dossier,” and the apparent likelihood that the Senate Judiciary testimony of the company responsible for that dossier, Fusion GPS, will be made public.

The Trump dossier alleges that Trump has ties to Russia going back 5 years.

Opinion | The Lawless Presidency

Let’s walk through the major themes: LAW ENFORCEMENT, POLITICIZED. People in federal law enforcement take pride in trying to remain apart from politics. I’ve been talking lately with past Justice Department appointees, from both parties, and they speak in almost identical terms. They view the Justice Department as more independent than, say, the State or Treasury Departments.
